products. Our video monitoring system constantly monitors
the print quality, UPC bar codes, as well as color
consistency throughout the run. All information is
documented for future runs. This enables our employees
to produce a quality product, consistently.
Our slitters are equipped with static
eliminators and vacuum system, which will provide
you with contamination free film.
Our Quality Assurance Department checks
your order from the moment the raw film arrives at
our facility to the time it leaves our dock. We require
certification of incoming films. Our Q.A. lab is fully
equipped and performs various tests which are documented.
We test all printed material for color consistency
and density, UPC accuracy as well as test all laminated
materials for retained solvents by gas chromatography.
